This is a Hatha yoga studio, providing the ultimate blend of asanas (physical postures) and breathing (pranayama) exercises. Working under a consummate professional, giving clear instructions, you will soon enhance your stamina, strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. You will also experience Yoga Nidra at the end of each Yoga class.

Regular yoga classes can vary slightly in duration, but they typically last two hours. A longer class will give the teacher more time to work with your individual ability. The studio is not closed for face to face classes, with the relevant guidelines in place for your safety, including a small class size of up to seven students.
Virtual yoga classes are also available, offering you a chance to fit them around your lifestyle, wherever you are. When taking an online class for the first time, we advise that you log in at least 15 minutes before class commencement, to ensure that you can connect to the system without any issues, and that the settings on your device and the software app itself are all correct.
Social distancing measures
Your yoga instructor will make sure there is a safe distance between all those training in studio and that everyone in class sticks to a safe distance. Classes have been reformatted accordingly.
Extra sanitation
Equipment will not be shared during class, and will be thoroughly cleaned between classes. High touch points will be cleaned multiple times per day.
Mask-wearing policies
At this time it is not essential to wear a mask at The Studio.

YOGA FOR PREGNANCY
If you are pregnant and looking for ways to relax or stay fit, you might be considering prenatal yoga.
Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.
Benefits of prenatal yoga:
- Improve sleep;
- Reduce stress and anxiety;
- Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth;
- Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath;
- Help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the parenthood.
A typical prenatal yoga class involves:
- Breathing techniques;
- Gentle stretching;
- Yoga postures: standing, sitting or lying. Props, such as blankets, cushions and belts might be used to provide support and comfort;
- You will also experience Yoga Nidra at the end of each Yoga class.
